Because the best way to promise a great year… is to show what we’ve already delivered. Here’s our highlight reel:
Sophomore Supper @ Terman
We brought 700 sophomores together for one of the biggest class events of the year with catering from Zareen’s, MJ Sushi, and an ice cream truck.
Sophomore Formal @ Hoover
A 500-person formal featuring casino night games, a DJ, a live band, charcuterie catering, and raffle prizes including AirPods and DoorDash gift cards. It turned into one of the most talked-about nights of the year.
Beats & Blues @ CoHo
A relaxed night of music, performances, and community featuring 100 free drinks and pastries, plus an open mic where sophomores could perform and hang out together.
Food Truck Festival @ Wilbur Field
During fall quarter finals, when everyone needed a break (and let’s be honest — the dining halls weren’t exactly cutting it), we brought four food trucks to Wilbur Field and gave away 400 free meals to sophomores. It turned finals week into a moment for the class to relax, recharge, and eat well.
Sophomore Speed Mentoring @ Faculty Club
We offered academic and professional support from five Stanford professors (hi Nick Parlante and Pam Karlan!), as well as free lunch, at the faculty club.
Reopening CoDA on Weekends
We are working to reopen CoDA for weekend studying, creating more space for sophomores to study, collaborate, and decompress.
On Call Takeover
We are partnering with OnCall to create a finals week study tab for sophomores, making it easier for our class to get through one of the most stressful times of the quarter.
