You know The Axe and Palm, now try letting me cook! Iโm running for ASSU Senator because I want to open ASSU to the broader student body. Students should actively lead life on campus, that starts with a direct say in how resources are allocated. ASSU doesnโt need to be another exclusionary prestige farm. If elected, I will take steps to de-obscure ASSUโs funding and integrate student body votes directly into the decision making process. Here are just some of the things I have in mind:

- This will put projects back in the hands of students by offering mini-grants for self-designed campus betterment projects voted on directly by the student body. If you think you can start the next campus tradition, or just have something you want to improve with some money, this is for you!
- Free Caltrain passes ๐

- I stand with candidates like Jan Dwayne Cacnio in making CalTrain access easier for students. Students need regular access to places like SF and San Jose, but paying $17 for a day pass adds up quickly. At ASSU, I will help spearhead free student registration to the Caltrain GoPass system to reconnect students with life outside the Stanford bubble.
- Dining Hall Revamp ๐๐ฝ๏ธ๐
- ASSU Senators brought smoked salmon to the dining halls, but why stop there? At ASSU, I will work actively with the student body and R&DE to continuously refine our dining options. I love my chicken alfredo, but I reckon we can continue to refin student dining.
